Chris Hemsworth set to Play Hulk Hogan in Netflix Biopic

Chris Hemsworth has been cast in a new Netflix film directed by Todd Phillips. The film will be written by John Pollono and Scott Silver. Silver currently has teamed up with Warner Bros to work on the upcoming film The Joker. Bradley Cooper and Eric Bischoff will produce the film. New Netflix Series Dating Around
Netflix continues to join in the trend of creating new ideas for new reality tv series. Netflix most recent series Dating Around follows individuals on five first dates. The series is set to air on Valentine’s Day. The video above portrays a trailer to the new series that shows the awkwardness and butterflies that comes along with a first date.
Netflix Set to Acquire Ted Bundy Biopic Starring Zac Efron
According to Collider, Netflix is acquiring the Zac Efron Ted Bundy biopic titled Extremely Wicked, Shocking Evil and Vile, a chronicle of the crimes of Ted Bundy, from the perspective of his longtime girlfriend, Elizabeth Kloepfer. Collider reports that the Sundance Festival film, which opened to fairly good reviews, was purchased for distribution for only $9 million dollars. This is a fantastic acquisition for Netflix as it will help solidify their place in the distribution and production market of filmmaking, and will help show the world that Netflix is competent at doing so and should be taken seriously.
This new acquisition for Netflix provides them with not only a Ted Bundy movie, but a Ted Bundy series, also directed by Joe Berlinger.
